  • Can't get TWC to resolve my internet issues



    I have had problems with Time Warner before, but this must take the cake. Last Tuesday my internet stopped working (I don%u2019t have cable, just internet). I called and they couldn%u2019t send anyone until Friday between 2 and 3 (almost four days). The person shows up and says that it is a problem that requires work outside and can%u2019t be done that day, so he sets up an appointment for Sat. between 2 and 3.
